Jeffrey T. DePaola (left) with wife Vivian and daughter Ari has been in the Denver area for 20 plus years, and has spent the last 20 plus years as a real estate agent.   After winning many awards working for the largest local firms of  Moore and Company, Van Schaack, and Coldwell Banker; he started his own firm in 1994.

Jeff’s passion was born out of the desire to help those within the real estate community in financial crisis.  Working with foreclosure developed out of his experience purchasing and improving properties and desire to help others.  When entering the foreclosure business Jeff struggled with the concept of being a Christian and profiting from purchasing homes in foreclosure.  After much careful deliberation and planning, Jeff is now providing a truly balanced service to his clients in the foreclosure business. At home Jeff is father to Ari DePaola.  She is his pride and joy, and they spend as much time together as possible.
